Farm To Fork 2014 Community Feast

Meet us at the Holland Town Center (12330 James St.) to see how our vegetable garden has sprung to life, and get a taste for true farm-to-fork cuisine.
An all-star lineup of local chefs including Chef Lucas of Public in Zeeland, Tracy Barnett of Ultimate Catering and Curtis Mulder of Creative Dining will turn our freshly grown produce into delicious small plates for you to taste (and taste some more)!
Also on the menu for the night is a brand new ale made of 100% Michigan-grown hops called “Uncle Bert’s Farm Market Red”. It was brewed by the one and only Steve “Bert” Berthel of New Holland, and we’re proud to say was inspired by our work on the farm and in our community.
What’s a celebration without music? Nate Roberts and friends will be entertaining us with some folk tunes, and there will be other surprises throughout the night! Wrap up the night with dessert from Just Eat a Cookie and coffee from Lemonjello’s.
Tickets are available for $50 on Eventbrite. Kids 12 and under eat free. All proceeds from ticket sales, raffle and silent auction will go right back into the farm, which we use as a classroom to cultivate healthy and sustainable communities locally and globally.
